✅ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

To initiate a return:

- Provide:
- Order ID
- Product images/videos (proof of issue)
- Our team will verify and approve your request within 48 hours
💰 Refunds (Physical Products)
- Refund will be processed after inspection of returned item
- Amount will be credited within 5–7 business days
- Refund method: original payment method
🚚 Non-Returnable Cases
We do NOT accept returns if:
- Product is used or damaged by customer
- Request is made after 7 days
- No proof of issue is provided

❌ No Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital products (instant access/download), all sales are final.
We do NOT offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Misunderstanding of product

Refunds may be considered only if:
- Product was not delivered/access was not provided
- There is a technical issue from our side
